About Stephanie

When discovering Yoga in 1995, it resonated with me deeply. As I began my studies, the philosophy began to unfold as not only a form of exercise, but rather an entire way of life, and my journey began.

Life, as it does, took many twists & turns, but Yoga always stayed with me in one form or another.

In 2006 I completed a certification in a blend of Kundalini & Ashtanga Yoga, 2009 became a Licensed Massage Therapist and in 2018 became a certified Ayurvedic Health Counselor. I also hold certifications in traditional Thai Massage, Swe-Thai, Reiki, Nutrition, Energy Kinesiology, Aromatherapy and Ayurvedic treatments.

In 2013, after working in the Physical Therapy field and local studios and spas, an unexpected opportunity came my way. My vision was of a place where not only I could work and extend my passion for Health & Wellness, but one where a community of like-minded people helped each other…and Just Breathe Wellness was born.

I am grateful for all experiences along the way & look forward to continuing my journey to better serve others.

Judiana Albertson

CarolAloha! I am Judiana Albertson! I am so happy to be part of “Just Breathe Wellness”. I have been a Rebirthing Breath Coach for 17 years learning the work through my own “Healing Journey.” While living in Hawaii, I had a number of life-changing events and I was put in a position of self-introspection and the healing of my Body, Mind & Spirit. I began reading everything I could find about alternative healing modalities and explored numerous ones through sessions, classes and workshops. It was by the Grace of Spirit that I was introduced to Rebirthing Breathwork which led me to my first of many wonderful sessions. A recurring dream where I relived the accident continued to play in my head. I was amazed that after my first session, I no longer had the dream. During subsequent sessions, I noticed that the pain I had been experiencing in my lower back, neck & jaw was starting to lessen. I was beginning to see changes on a physical, emotional and spiritual level.

For the next 2 years, I continued to work and train with my loving Rebirther and Mentor, Autumn Wilson who helped me to get in touch and release continuing patterns that no longer served me. During this time, it became perfectly clear to me that this was to be next chapter in my tapestry of life to become a Rebirther “Breath Coach”so I could help facilitate others to achieve wellness through the power of their own “Breath.” Throughout the years, I have been blessed to be guided to wonderful teachers in numerous modalities and have blended all these experiences into my practice of Rainbow Breathing which intertwines conscious connected “Breath” Music & Colors.

Since 1997, I have facilitated private sessions and small groups in Hawaii, Maui, Texas, Tennessee, Florida & Canada. I continue to be blessed by the beautiful people I have met in my life journey and look forward to all the new experiences coming my way. “Come experience the Healing Power of your own Breath”.
