When I discovered Yoga in 1995, I began, like most, with just the asanas ( poses ), and was intrigued, yet knew there had to be more to this ancient "exercise". As I began to study Yoga I found the practice was not only physical but actually an entire philosophy. It resonated with me deeply, and I began my journey.
My life has taken many twists & turns throughout the past 23 years of my studies, but Yoga has always stayed with me in one form or another. After completing a certification in 2006 in a blend of Kundalini & Ashtanga Yoga, I became a Licensed Massage Therapist in 2009 and am currently studying Ayurveda ( the sister science of Yoga ). I also hold certifications in Traditional Thai massage, Reiki, Nutrition, and Ayurvedic treatments, Marma, and Energy Kinesiology. Having worked in the Physical Therapy field as well and in some of the areas best spas, I learn & share as I go and do my best to integrate this knowledge into my work and daily life.
Over the years as I have come to know Yoga, I have realized it is far from just a physical practice, but rather a way of life.
Environmentalism has always been on our minds. We use only natural and organic oils and lotions, as well as make our own sugar scrubs using only the purest ingredients.
We are also are a proud member of Young Living Essential oils. Which are of the purest form, therapeutic and medical grade.
The studio is decorated in sustainable eco-friendly materials and is arranged according to the principles of Vastu (The ancient Indian form of energetic arrangement similar to Feng Shui).
Our water is filtered by Zen Water Systems. Which is filtered, alkalinized, and mineralized.
Aloha! I am Judiana Albertson! I am so happy to be part of “Just Breathe Wellness”. I have been a Rebirthing Breath Coach for 17 years learning the work through my own “Healing Journey.” While living in Hawaii, I had a number of life-changing events and I was put in a position of self-introspection and the healing of my Body, Mind & Spirit. I began reading everything I could find about alternative healing modalities and explored numerous ones through sessions, classes and workshops. It was by the Grace of Spirit that I was introduced to Rebirthing Breathwork which led me to my first of many wonderful sessions. A recurring dream where I relived the accident continued to play in my head. I was amazed that after my first session, I no longer had the dream. During subsequent sessions, I noticed that the pain I had been experiencing in my lower back, neck & jaw was starting to lessen. I was beginning to see changes on a physical, emotional and spiritual level.
For the next 2 years, I continued to work and train with my loving Rebirther and Mentor, Autumn Wilson who helped me to get in touch and release continuing patterns that no longer served me. During this time, it became perfectly clear to me that this was to be next chapter in my tapestry of life to become a Rebirther “Breath Coach”so I could help facilitate others to achieve wellness through the power of their own “Breath.” Throughout the years, I have been blessed to be guided to wonderful teachers in numerous modalities and have blended all these experiences into my practice of Rainbow Breathing which intertwines conscious connected “Breath” Music & Colors.
Since 1997, I have facilitated private sessions and small groups in Hawaii, Maui, Texas, Tennessee, Florida & Canada. I continue to be blessed by the beautiful people I have met in my life journey and look forward to all the new experiences coming my way. “Come experience the Healing Power of your own Breath”.
